PVV Infra Limited is pleased to announce that the Company has received a Letter of Award (LOA) from National Highways Logistics Management Limited (NHLML), a 100% owned SPV of the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI), for the development, operation and maintenance of a Wayside Amenity (WSA) on NH‑44, Gwalior–Jhansi Corridor at Dabra, Madhya Pradesh, on a DBOT (Design, Build, Operate and Transfer) basis.
This WSA is envisaged as a modern, integrated facility designed to serve passengers, commercial traffic and long‑distance travelers on one of North India’s important highway corridors.

The Dhanodiya WSA site is located in proximity to Ujjain, one of the four sacred cities of India and home to the revered Mahakaleshwar Jyotirlinga. Ujjain is scheduled to host the Simhastha Purna Kumbh Mela in 2028, one of the largest religious congregations in the world, which is expected to attract substantial pilgrim and tourist traffic to the region.
This WSA will be positioned to serve this rising flow of visitors with organized parking, rest, food and utility facilities, reinforcing PVV Infra’s role in delivering high‑impact, service‑oriented highway infrastructure
PVV Infra Ltd signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Andhra Pradesh Economic Development Board (APEDB) on November 15, 2025, for a 1 GW N-Type TOPCon solar cells manufacturing facility in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh.
The project involves an investment of approximately ₹650 crore ($73.4 million). The plant will occupy a 30-acre industrial site in a developing solar cell manufacturing cluster near the airport project. It leverages PVV Infra’s expertise in investment, technology, planning, design, and equipment sourcing for setup and operations in the market.
PVV Infra Limited announced a strategic technology collaboration with ITC Services Company Limited (Taiwan) in February 2026, enhancing its Clean Energy Manufacturing Project in Visakhapatnam from ₹650 crore to approximately ₹1,250 crore.
The Partnership provides and covers consultancy, customization, and technology transfer for high-efficiency solar cell manufacturing (TOPCon technology), Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), micro-inverters, and smart power electronics.
